Plain text pages

Request any public page with Accept: text/markdown to receive its Markdown representation. Browsers continue to receive HTML. Both responses vary by Accept. Missing pages retain HTTP 404 and include working recovery links.

Public JSON index

GET /assets/search-index.json returns the same public index used by our directory search. No sign-in, API key or OAuth is required. Start with this read-only request; no trial or sales conversation is needed. A machine-readable OpenAPI contract describes its fields.

Each entry contains s (slug), n (name), d (summary), c (category), l (local logo path, possibly empty), t (whether a preview thumbnail is available: 0 or 1) and q (searchable text). Read a plugin's detail page at /plugin/{slug}/ for context and the original ChatGPT link. Summaries describe listings, not results we independently tested. The complete index is one array, so pagination is not used.

Access and changes

The index is a public static download. It has no per-user quota or key system. Reuse downloaded data and avoid repeated requests; HTTP validators support conditional downloads. Keep the original page links and recheck facts before recommending a plugin. Compatible index fields may be added. Before removing or changing existing fields, we will publish a replacement contract and migration notice here. No deprecation is currently scheduled.

Forms are separate

The website's submission, payment, save and correction endpoints serve its own interface. They are not a supported external integration API. Never submit a form, buy a review or change a saved choice without the person's instruction. The directory offers no MCP server or automated checkout API. Contact us if the public index is unavailable.
