What EduRolia does in ChatGPT
The EduRolia plugin links ChatGPT to EduRolia, an admissions CRM used by private schools, publicly funded schools and education groups. Once your account is connected, you can ask about the current admissions pipeline for your school and get a summary of where each family stands, without opening the CRM itself.
It also points out which admissions need follow-up and which of those look most urgent. You can look up a student, a family or a contact by name and see the records your account is allowed to see. The example prompts on the listing are in Spanish, but you can ask in other languages too.
Access follows your EduRolia account, so each user only sees the schools that account covers, even inside a larger education group. The current version only reads. It cannot add, edit or delete any CRM record, so any change to a family or an application still has to be made inside EduRolia itself.
