What idealista does in ChatGPT
The idealista plugin brings idealista property listings into ChatGPT. You describe the home, room or garage you want to buy or rent, and it shows matching listings from Spain, Italy and Portugal, with photos, property descriptions and idealista maps, so you can browse without opening the idealista website first.
You can ask by typing or by voice, and you can keep narrowing the search by adding what matters to you, such as a lift, a terrace, a private bathroom, a neighbourhood or a monthly budget. The listing's own examples are written in Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.
idealista publishes the plugin itself. It works as a search tool: you look through listings and narrow them down in the chat, then follow up on a property you like the way you normally would on idealista. Nothing in the listing says it books viewings or contacts sellers for you.
