The STREEQ plugin lets you reach your own STREEQ fitness record from ChatGPT. It can read your workouts, food logs, body progress and supported health history, so you can ask questions about how your training and eating have gone. Answers come from your own record, not from general advice.
You can also log new evidence of progress and manage your workout programme or nutrition strategy, as long as the plan belongs to you. Access is limited to your own record. This makes it possible to keep your record up to date without opening the STREEQ app each time.
If a coach on TRAINEDBY is actively in charge of a plan, STREEQ stops you from changing that plan yourself. That keeps a coached programme from being edited without the coach knowing. Plans you own yourself can still be changed from the chat whenever you like.

How to add STREEQ to ChatGPT
- Open the STREEQ listing in ChatGPT ↗.
- Click Install plugin.
- Sign in to your STREEQ account when asked and approve the access it requests.
- Start a chat and ask for what you need, mentioning STREEQ if ChatGPT does not pick it up.
- To stop, disconnect STREEQ under apps in your ChatGPT settings.
