You can ask how much went on travel last quarter, which categories are costing the most this month or where your Uber receipts from the past 30 days are. Managers can also check which team members still have expense reports they have not submitted.
It is read-only. The plugin never creates, edits or deletes anything in your Expensify account, so it will not submit or approve reports for you. That makes it a safe way to look things up, while the actual expense work still happens in Expensify.
