You can search expenses you own or oversee by date, status, category, person or trip, find card expenses still missing a receipt, and get totals per trip, person or project. You can also see what is waiting for your approval and approve or reject it with your company's reject reasons. Nothing happens until you approve it, and your name goes on the record of every change.
