The Propusher plugin is for coaches who use Propusher to send workouts to their clients. From ChatGPT you can browse your exercise library and create new exercises with 3D skeleton animations that show how each movement is done. It works inside your own coach account.
You can then put exercises together into workouts, make questionnaires and build programs that run over several weeks. Everything you create appears straight away in the Propusher web dashboard and in your clients' mobile app. Clients do not need to do anything to receive new workouts, since the app stays in sync.
Access is limited to the signed-in coach's own account. The plugin reads and writes only that coach's exercises, workouts, questionnaires and programs, and it never deletes any of them. You sign in through OAuth, so the plugin only reaches the account you connect and nothing else in Propusher.
